
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Product Knowledge & E-learning Specialist who will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and delivering structured product knowledge across the organization. The role focuses on managing and updating e-learning courses, supporting product education initiatives, and ensuring that product knowledge is accessible, up-to-date, and easy to understand.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in knowledge management, product education, and learning design.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge Management
- Collect, structure, and organize product knowledge from internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge library (documentation, guides, presentations, FAQs).
- Ensure product materials are up-to-date and aligned with current product releases.
- Support classification, tagging, and structuring of knowledge content.
- Identify missing or outdated content and coordinate updates with product teams.
- Support internal communication of product updates and changes.
E-Learning & Course Management
- Manage and maintain the company’s e-learning platform and course catalog.
- Update existing courses based on product changes and new releases.
- Create new online courses based on product specifications and materials provided by Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Convert product documentation into structured learning content.
- Prepare quizzes, learning materials, and basic assessments.
- Track course completion and learner participation.
- Support reporting on training engagement and course usage.
- Coordinate regular communication with Product Managers to collect product updates and roadmap information.
Product Education & Training
- Prepare user guides, tutorials, and supporting materials.
- Assist in preparing webinars and internal training sessions.
- Adapt learning materials to different audiences (sales, support, partners).
- Gather learner feedback and suggest improvements to courses and materials.
- Support development of simple certification or learning recognition programs.
Collaboration & Process
- Maintain regular communication with Product Owners to stay informed about new features.
- Cooperate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to understand learning needs.
- Ensure consistency between product messaging and training materials.
- Support internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Background in education, communication, business, IT, or related field is an advantage.
- Experience with e-learning platforms or LMS systems is a plus but not required.
Skills
- Strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
- Ability to understand technical topics and explain them clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and content management systems.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
