JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to oversee our network operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to network management. This role involves leading a team, designing and implementing network solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage tasks within the team, assign responsibilities appropriately to team members, track progress, and ensure accountability for projects.
- Design and develop comprehensive network solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Ensure network solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Evaluate and select appropriate networking technologies and solutions.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of network solutions.
- Ensure successful integration of network solutions with existing systems.
- Implement strategies to optimize network performance, reduce latency, and increase throughput.
- Ensure network solutions comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with other IT teams, departments, and stakeholders to understand their networking needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architectures, configurations, and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in network architecture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years’ experience in the same position
- English- advanced (B2)
- Technical expertise in networking technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Networking and firewalls skills.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Mikrotik.
- Network security principles and practices.
- IT Infrastructure – advanced.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Task management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, result orientation, concerned about customer perceived value and satisfaction.
