Our new Junior Social Media Specialist should have a creative spark, as your daily tasks will revolve around developing diverse content. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing various types of copy – headlines, taglines, articles, social media posts, and other copywriting tasks.
- Managing social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram) and creating content.
- Preparing product materials.
- Monitoring the performance of individual channels and marketing KPIs.
- Planning, tracking, and reporting on marketing activities.
- Continuously seeking ways to improve.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- English – Upper intermediate (B2) – written and spoken
- Precision, systematic thinking, and teamwork.
- Proactiveness and independence.
- Excellent organizational skills, you know how to manage your time and tasks.
- A basic programming mindset (if-then logic).
- Experience or willingness to learn tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools. If you know more tools, that’s a bonus!
- Active interest in new trends in performance marketing.
- Creative problem-solving for both small and big challenges.
- At least 1 year of experience in the marketing field.
- Ability to create tailored analyses, monitor competitor trends in a specific segment, or prepare excellent presentations.
- A constant desire to learn more. And if you don’t know something, you’re not afraid to ask.
