
JOB SUMMARY:
We are searching for an experienced HSSEQ Manager who will lead the development and implementation of improvement systems to meet the current and future needs of our global organization. This role ensures the effective management of SMQ (Safety, Management, and Quality) documentation across all regions and coordinates corrective actions in response to customer and supplier complaints at a global level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management, proactively organizing the work in the team.
- Cooperate with Project Manager to manage quality in delivery projects.
- Develop Quality and HSE plans and conduct a Risk Assessment with the Project Manager.
- Ensure incoming and outgoing inspections of materials, documentation, and services for the Projects.
- Coordinate completion of the questionnaires about the Company Management System for customers.
- Review project contractual requirements for management systems.
- Ensure rack inspection after the assembly process.
- Manage, maintain, and improve Quality Management System following ISO 9001.
- Manage, maintain, and improve Occupational Health And Safety Management System following ISO 45001.
- Manage, maintain, and improve Environmental Management System following ISO 14001.
- Manage, maintain, and improve Information Security Management System following ISO 27001.
- Plan and perform internal and supplier audits following ISO standards and require corrective actions.
- Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement activities; analyse issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions together with responsible teams.
- Define and monitor the KPIs of the Management systems.
- Communicate with other departments to meet the system’s required HSSEQ for products and services.
- Develop and deliver safety training to employees and promote a positive HSEQ culture across all levels of the organization.
- Prepares organizational guidelines and documentation of all company processes at the global level.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and prevention.
- Ensure the organization adheres to all local, national, and international health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.
- Continue developing QA function as a key driver of continuous improvement across the entire company.
- Act as a strategic partner in strengthening the company’s cybersecurity posture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree from a university, or a high school with a technical or law specialization.
- Training for internal auditors in ISO 9001 or ISO 45001 or ISO 14001, or ISO 27001.
- Knowledge of quality management and quality tools.
- Practice with Occupational Health And Safety Management System following ISO 45001 and/or Quality Management System ISO9001 and/or Information Security Management System following ISO 27001.
- Strong passion and documented experience from driving continuous improvements in a global company.
- Understand principles of Project Management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position.
- Preferably team management experience.
- Practice in electro-technical industry or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work with many different stakeholders on all levels of the company.
- Structured and well-organized.
- English language – fluent.
