JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a newly created role within our finance team, based at our headquarters in Horten. The position combines financial analysis with responsibility for group reporting and consolidation and will play a key role in further developing the company’s management and reporting tools.
In this role, you will have a particular responsibility for ensuring accurate, timely, and verifiable financial information across the organization, providing the foundation for strategic decisions at the group level.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation and quality assurance of monthly reporting packages and group consolidation
- Further development of dashboards and visualizations for management and other stakeholders
- Contributing to forecasting and budgeting processes
- Continuous improvement of reporting and consolidation tools
- Enhancing processes, structure, and data quality
- Taking ownership of improvement initiatives from start to finish
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in auditing, controlling, financial analysis, or similar fields
- Higher education (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI and AI tools
- Strong systems proficiency and experience with ERP/finance systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Norwegian and English
